Can I get a VAT invoice for my Gdańsk airport taxi?

Yes. Every transfer can be issued with a full Polish VAT invoice (faktura VAT) to your company. Provide your company name, address and NIP (or EU VAT number) at booking or in reply to the confirmation email, and we email the invoice as a PDF - usually the same day as the ride. Invoices are issued by WK DRIVE WIKTOR KOROL, NIP 5862330063.

Do you invoice companies from outside Poland?

Yes. If you provide a valid EU VAT number we can issue the invoice to your company abroad; for EU businesses the reverse-charge mechanism may apply. Just give us the full company details and VAT number when you book and we'll handle the paperwork.

How do I receive the invoice?

The invoice is sent as a PDF to the email address you provide, normally on the same day as the transfer. If you need it addressed a particular way, or need it before the trip for a pre-payment, tell us and we'll arrange it.

Can I pay by company card or bank transfer?

Yes. You can pay by card on the spot, via a secure online payment link (card or BLIK), or by bank transfer against the invoice. Cash is also accepted. The price is fixed and confirmed before the ride, so the invoice total is exactly what you were quoted.

Is the price the same with an invoice?

Yes - the fixed fare doesn't change when you ask for an invoice. Gdańsk city centre is 130 PLN flat, Sopot from 150 PLN, Gdynia from 200 PLN, all VAT included. There is no extra charge for issuing a VAT invoice.
