Terms of Service

These terms govern airport transfer and taxi services provided by WK DRIVE WIKTOR KOROL (NIP: 5862330063), registered at Piotrkowska 46/3, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, operating under the brand name Taxi Airport Gdańsk.

Bookings can be placed via the website, WhatsApp, or email. A booking receipt is e-mailed straight away. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with the fixed price and pickup instructions - rides for today or tomorrow usually within minutes, rides for later dates once a driver is assigned, usually within 24 hours; the driver's details follow by WhatsApp or SMS before pickup. No prepayment or deposit is required to place a booking; you may optionally pay online in advance once the booking is confirmed. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

All prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. Day rates apply 06:00–22:00 (Monday–Saturday). Night rates apply 22:00–06:00, Sundays, and Polish public holidays. Prices include luggage assistance and flight tracking. You choose how to pay: online in advance via a secure payment link (card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay) sent once the booking is confirmed and payable any time before pickup, or after the ride by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, or cash (PLN) - every vehicle carries a contactless card terminal. Prepayment is never mandatory, with one exception: rides with a pickup abroad or more than 100 km by road from Gdańsk require a 20% deposit paid online after booking confirmation - the remaining 80% is paid to the driver. Rides starting in Gdańsk require no deposit whatever the distance. Online payments, including deposits, are refunded in full if the booking is cancelled. VAT invoices are available on request.

You may cancel your booking free of charge at any time before the driver departs for the pickup location. Cancellations can be made via the self-service order management link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us at booking@taxiairportgdansk.com. No cancellation fees apply.

We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the pickup time adjusts automatically at no extra cost. If you do not appear at the meeting point within 60 minutes of your flight landing (or the scheduled pickup time for return transfers), the booking may be considered a no-show.

Passengers must provide accurate booking details including flight number, destination address, and contact information. Passengers are responsible for being at the agreed meeting point at the confirmed time. Child seats are available on request - please specify in the booking form.

Standard transfers accommodate up to 4 passengers with standard luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you are traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or more than 4 passengers, please mention this when booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle.

All vehicles are fully insured with passenger liability coverage as required by Polish law. The service provider is liable for damages caused by negligence during the transfer. The service provider is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us at booking@taxiairportgdansk.com within 14 days of the transfer. We will respond within 5 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Gdańsk, Poland. Consumers residing in the EU retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
