Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These terms govern airport transfer and taxi services provided by WK DRIVE WIKTOR KOROL (NIP: 5862330063), registered at Piotrkowska 46/3, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, operating under the brand name Taxi Airport Gdańsk.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be placed via the website, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with driver details and pickup instructions — typically within 5–10 minutes. No prepayment or deposit is required. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. Day rates apply 06:00–22:00 (Monday–Saturday). Night rates apply 22:00–06:00, Sundays, and Polish public holidays. Prices include luggage assistance and flight tracking. Payment is collected after the ride by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, or cash (PLN). VAT invoices are available on request.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge at any time before the driver departs for the pickup location. Cancellations can be made via the self-service order management link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us at booking@taxiairportgdansk.com. No cancellation fees apply.

5. Flight Delays and No-Shows

We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the pickup time adjusts automatically at no extra cost. If you do not appear at the meeting point within 60 minutes of your flight landing (or the scheduled pickup time for return transfers), the booking may be considered a no-show.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate booking details including flight number, destination address, and contact information. Passengers are responsible for being at the agreed meeting point at the confirmed time. Child seats are available on request — please specify in the booking form.

7. Luggage and Vehicle

Standard transfers accommodate up to 4 passengers with standard luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you are traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or more than 4 passengers, please mention this when booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle.

8. Liability and Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured with passenger liability coverage as required by Polish law. The service provider is liable for damages caused by negligence during the transfer. The service provider is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us at booking@taxiairportgdansk.com within 14 days of the transfer. We will respond within 5 business days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Gdańsk, Poland. Consumers residing in the EU retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
